Conference Dinners

On Monday 15 May 2017, there will be a 'Meet and Greet' at Vivere Restaurant (108 Coetzee Street, Middelburg) from 18:00 to 19:30 where finger snacks will be provided.

Dinners will be provided on the evenings of 16, 17 and 18 May 2017 at Vivere Restaurant.

The registration fees include administrative costs, teas, lunches and dinners as from the evening on 15 May 2017 (meet and greet). Accommodation and breakfasts ARE NOT INCLUDED.  

Annual General Meeting

The AZEF Annual General Meeting will be held on the evening of 16 May 2017.

Field Trips

Field trips will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday 17 May 2017 and options include:

 • Grootfontein Grazing Trials
 • Noupoort Wind farm
 • History of Middelburg and Grootfontein
 

NB: Pre-conference field trip to Compassberg on 15 May 2017.

Prizes and Awards

Awards will be made to the best paper and poster by young scientists and students.
